Our friends at Spark Restaurant Lounge invited Lux Utah to a special evening with influential bloggers in Utah on Monday night. The event kicked off at 7:30 p.m. and the turn out was awesome. Many thanks to Blake and the rest of the Spark staff for making it an awesome event. For more about our evening, click the image…

Up until this Monday night, I had never been to the much-talked-about Spark Restaurant Lounge in Provo. I can now see why this place is making a name for itself.

The moment you walk in through the double-doored entrance beneath the stylish SPARK sign, you feel as though you have left the state of Utah and are in a posh restaurant lounge in a big-city. We were talking amongst ourselves about how you feel like you are in New York or San Francisco while lounging at Spark — not Provo!

What did make you feel like you were in Provo was the fact that the bar is 100% completely non-alcoholic. The drinks were great and they kept coming all night long. My faves were the Shirley Temple and the Ox Blood. I think we ended up sampling almost every drink on the menu.

Aside from the drinks, the food was outstanding and our servers were very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. The highlight of the night for me was the Alaskan Halibut. (pictured below)

All in all, it was a great night down in Provo. Thanks to Spark for throwing an awesome event. Hopefully they will invite us back soon. If they don’t, we will come back anyway. It is definitely worth the short trip from Salt Lake to downtown Provo.

So if you are looking for a fresh, fun place to eat and you want to give Spark a try, click on the gift card below, print it out and redeem it at Spark for $25 off your visit! Make sure you tell your friends about this offer as well!

We had such a great night, thanks again to Spark for having us be apart of their special event!
Doesnt even feel like youre in Provo when youre there. Utah Valley needs more of this!
